We’re delighted to welcome Tilly as our new Landscape Advisor. She will support landowners across the Weald to Waves corridor with advice on habitat management, funding, and nature recovery.

Introducing Tilly Corcoran

We are delighted to welcome Tilly as our new Landscape Advisor. She will be working with our pledged land managers to build strong relationships and provide practical guidance on farming, habitats, natural capital, and funding. Her support will be key in ensuring that landowners feel confident and equipped to make positive changes for nature.

With a background in geography, Tilly developed a particular interest in the relationship between people and nature, focusing on approaches to conservation that work with, rather than against, local communities. Her university dissertation explored biological corridors in Costa Rica, investigating how these living connections support wildlife while also benefiting the people who share the landscape.

After graduating, Tilly took her passion for people–nature connections to a global stage, working with the United Nations to organise ministerial forums across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role deepened her understanding of stakeholder engagement and the importance of collaboration in delivering meaningful change.

Back in the UK, Tilly joined Complete Land Management (CLM), where she co-facilitated five farm clusters, covering more than 100 farms across Sussex and Kent. In this role she worked closely with farmers on agri-environment policy, applications for ELMS, Higher Tier schemes, and Biodiversity Net Gain. This experience gave her a detailed understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing landowners in balancing farming with nature recovery.

With this breadth of experience, Tilly brings a wealth of expertise that will be invaluable in supporting our farmers and land managers on their journey towards nature recovery.

Tilly has already hit the ground running, and we are excited to see how her skills and knowledge will help our network of farmers and landowners continue to grow. With her guidance, we look forward to building stronger connections across the Weald to Waves landscape and creating a thriving wildlife corridor.
